1. Introduction

ArchLife is an AI-powered architectural visualization platform operated from Girona, Spain ("ArchLife", "we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using ArchLife, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

If you use ArchLife on behalf of a company or studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts

Certain features require account registration (including Strict Mode, PRO subscription, AI Credits, Showcase, and video generation).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services

ArchLife provides:

• AI image enhancements
• Interior staging tools
• Video generation
• Before/after slider creation
• Public Showcase portfolio pages
• Embeddable media components
• Subscription-based PRO access
• AI Credit purchases

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload ("User Content").

By uploading content, you grant ArchLife a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process content to provide the Service
• Store content within your account
• Display content publicly if you enable Showcase or public embeds

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to upload and use any content.

6. Public Showcase & Embeds

If you enable a public Showcase:

• Your selected content becomes publicly accessible
• It may be indexed by search engines
• It may be embedded on third-party websites

ArchLife may feature public Showcase content on its platform (e.g., homepage or featured projects).

You may disable public visibility at any time.

Embeds may include ArchLife branding depending on your subscription plan.

7. Promotional Use (With Consent)

ArchLife will only use your content for marketing, case studies, or promotional purposes if you explicitly grant consent (e.g., via opt-in).

Without explicit consent, your content will not be used for promotional purposes.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ArchLife uses artificial intelligence systems.

AI outputs:

• Are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies
• Are for visualization purposes only
• Are not suitable for construction, regulatory approval, or technical documentation without professional validation

ArchLife assumes no responsibility for:

• Technical inaccuracies
• Construction decisions
• Regulatory compliance
• Professional or commercial use of outputs

All use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Abuse system resources
• Attempt to replicate or compete unfairly using the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

10. Subscription (PRO Plan)

The PRO plan:

• Is billed monthly
• Automatically renews unless canceled
• Includes a defined number of AI enhancements per month

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

If subscription benefits have been consumed, refunds are not provided.

11. AI Credits

AI Credits:

• Are one-time purchases
• Are not subscriptions
• May be used for video generation and additional enhancements
• Do not expire while the user maintains an active PRO subscription

If PRO is canceled, purchased AI Credits are frozen and may be reactivated upon renewal of PRO.

AI Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

If credits are used, they are non-refundable except where required by law.

12. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

Refund policy:

• If credits or subscription benefits have been used, refunds are not provided
• If unused, refund requests may be considered within 7 days

All fees are subject to change with notice.

13. Intellectual Property

ArchLife retains ownership of:

• The software
• Platform design
• Technology
• Branding and logos

You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

14. Data Deletion

If you delete your account:

• Access is terminated immediately
• Content and data are deleted within a reasonable period (up to 30 days)
• Technical backups may persist temporarily for security purposes

Public Showcases associated with the account will be removed.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ArchLife shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue
• Third-party service failures (including AI providers)
• Platform interruptions

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Girona, Spain.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
